J.F. Albert- A Life Well Lived
Currently, at the Quinte Arts Council,
J.F. Albert: A Life Well Lived is a true showcase of the
work of the late painter. Featuring a diversity of landscape paintings, A Life Well Lived is a celebration of the work and life of the well-traveled artist who lived in Trenton, Belleville, as well as time in the
USA, and Baltimore, Ontario. Regardless of where he lived, he always affectionately called this region home.
Amazingly, Albert only began painting at the age of 52 and dedicated his golden years to creating
paintings featuring the places that inspired him. He has been compared to the famed Manly Macdonald. J.F. Albert: A Life Well Lived runs until January 30, 2019 at the QAC Gallery (36 Bridge Street East, Belleville,
Ontario). Please come by and see this limited-time only exhibition!
The Gallery is Open Tues.-Fri. from 9:30am-4:30pm and Saturdays from 10am-4pm. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. For more information,
